Rules for Time Out Trivia are as follows:

When the host asks a trivia question, post your ONE guess as quickly as possible before the host announces TIME UP. All players who answered correctly, as confirmed by the host before time was up, win 2 BBs each. Players must have made a minimum $25 deposit in at least one transaction to their account within 7 days, and have not exceeded their Available BBs to qualify for chat game BBs.
